y these indoor employee engagement activities to improve relationships, collaboration, and workplace engagement.
It can be not easy to boost employee engagement and keep it there. Businesses are struggling to promote collaboration and teamwork as more employees work remotely and the use of email and messaging apps reduces the need for face-to-face communication.
Here Are The Indoor Employee Engagement Activities For Corporates
The Barter Puzzle
Divide your team into equal-sized groups. Provide each team with a unique jigsaw puzzle of equal difficulty. Tell them they only have a certain amount of time to finish the puzzle as a group. Explain that some of their puzzle pieces are from other puzzles in the room.
The goal is for them to finish their puzzle before the other teams, and they must devise their own method of persuading the other teams to relinquish the pieces they require, whether through barter, team member exchanges, or donating time to another team, a merger, or some other means. Whatever they decide to do, they must do it together.
Truth And Lie
Give each team member four identical slips of paper, or if they're remote, have them use their laptops. Tell them to write down three truths and one lie on a piece of paper. The lie should be plausible (e.g., "I've been to Mars"), and the tone of the truths and lies should not be offensive or crude. Allow each person in the group to read the truths and lies in random order. When they're done, the group should discuss which facts they believe are true and which are false.
There are many more team-building activities like:
